Dialing in The Occasion as espresso

The Occasion is our most versatile roast, but it really shows off under pressure. If you've got an espresso machine, here's a starting point that gets you sweet, syrupy shots fast.
Starting numbers
18g in, 36g out, in about 28 seconds. If it runs too fast and tastes sour, grind finer. Too slow and bitter, grind coarser. Change one variable at a time.
